What is a mobile notary?
A mobile notary is a state-commissioned notary public who travels to a client’s location (home, office, hospital, etc.) to perform essential notarization services, such as witnessing signatures and verifying identities for documents like wills, deeds, and loan papers, offering convenience for those who can’t visit a traditional office, often working flexible hours and charging travel fees on top of standard notary fees.
My travel rates are from my home to your location. Please be sure to check the rates below for accurate pricing so you understand how you will be charged. I charge varying fees for travel, based on distance. I have a standard fee for a single signer notary act, with additional fees for 2 or more signers and per document. You will find my prices fair and reasonable.

* Emergency fee: If you forgot to set up a notary, I charge an emergency fee on top of all other fees if it is less than 24 hours’ notice.
Medical records notarization = $20 flat fee + travel and additional fees as noted above.
Booking:
To book an appointment and save your date and time, please click below to book your notary appointment. There is a $20.00 booking deposit which will be applied to your notary service costs at your appointment. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your booking time. If you cancel or reschedule before the 24 hour window, your deposit will be refunded or applied to the new booking date when rescheduling immediately. Refunds may take 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card.
